The Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources Management System (HRMS) solutions. The role involves working with HR/business teams, analyzing requirements, resolving application issues, and ensuring that Oracle HRMS processes meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze HR processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with modules such as Oracle HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and related HRMS applications.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documents, and solution designs.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, testing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration, interfaces, reports, and system integrations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend process or application improvements.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents related to Oracle HRMS.
• Follow enterprise application development and support standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
• Experience with Oracle EBS integrations and interfaces.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of testing and production-support processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
