Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced data science and machine learning solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business insights and opportunities.
• Design and implement predictive models, statistical models, and machine learning algorithms.
• Work with business and product teams to understand requirements and define analytical solutions.
• Develop experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Apply techniques such as predictive analytics, classification, regression, clustering, and optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build reliable data pipelines and production-ready models.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to business and senior leadership teams.
• Mentor data scientists and provide technical guidance on modeling and analytical best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure models are scalable, reliable, explainable, and aligned with responsible AI practices.
• Stay current with developments in AI, machine learning, statistics, and data science.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, statistics, and machine learning.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and data-processing technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and ML/MLOps is an advantage.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor data science teams.
