The Tech Lead – Software Development is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions. The role involves leading technical initiatives, guiding software engineers, reviewing code, and working with product and business teams to build reliable applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software applications.
• Define technical solutions and system architecture for complex projects.
• Write, review, and optimize production-quality code.
• Guide and mentor software engineers on technical best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve application performance.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design reviews.
• Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions.
• Contribute to engineering standards, development processes, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies and scalable systems.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and team-leadership abilities.
